Opening of the exhibition AKI-TEN-Official Foundation of European Association.
The congress was brilliantly opened at the same time as the AKI-TEN exhibition in the village of Bressanone, which is situated in the north-east of Italy, on 17-18 November 2000.

On this occasion, the European branch foundation of the Japanese bonsai authors association was officially recognized. This had been in the works for a long time and for this occasion President Yamada attended the event as representative of the central office...
