Nippon Bonsai Sakka Kyookai Europe

The second event was organized in Wiesloch, Germany on November 2004 with the support of Bonsai Club Heidelberg, Bonsai Club Mannheim as well as with the partnership of the institutions.

Also in this case some Japanese Masters, who held some demonstrations, were present:: Hideo Suzuki, Chiharu Imai, Hisaaki Nogami. Present on behalf of the mother house was the president Tomio Yamada.

The exhibition hosted a harmonious exhibition of 46 bonsai and suiseki samples selected with great care. There were 8 demonstrations of bonsaists from all over Europe and a bonsai market.

On Monday after the Congress, the Japanese Masters made themselves available for an interesting discussion about the proper setting of bonsai in tokonoma. They also discussed the bonsai exposition in relation to calligraphy.

This subject was/will be later discussed during the meeting held on 17/9/2005.
