La Nippon Bonsai Sakka Kyookai Europe (NBSKE), con sede in Località Cetinaia, 53013 Gaiole in Chianti (SI) – Italia, formalizza la costituzione del nuovo Dipartimento belga, che diventa Nippon Bonsai Sakka Kyookai Europe-BE (NBSKE-BE).
La NBSKE delega Daniel Use a rappresentarla presso la NBSKE-BE, di cui sarà responsabile. Daniel Use si impegna a comunicare tutte le attività organizzate per perseguire gli obiettivi dell’associazione. Si impegna inoltre a utilizzare il marchio solo per scopi non commerciali.
L’ufficio della NBSKE-BE sarà situato presso la residenza di Daniel Use, Heirweg 190, 9270 Laarne – Belgio.
La NBSKE si occuperà della gestione amministrativa ed economica di tutte le quote associative, condividerà i propri eventi con tutti i soci e contribuirà alla comunicazione delle attività del Dipartimento belga attraverso i propri social network e il proprio sito web, così come farà il Dipartimento belga, che gestirà anche le attività locali secondo i propri programmi (condivisi e approvati preventivamente dal Consiglio direttivo), con l’obiettivo di accogliere nuovi soci e diffondere la filosofia NBSKE.
The Nippon Bonsai Sakka Kyookai Europe (NBSKE), with headquarters in Località Cetinaia, 53013 Gaiole in Chianti (SI) – Italy, hereby formalises the constitution of the new Belgian Department, which becomes Nippon Bonsai Sakka Kyookai Europe-BE (NBSKE-BE).
The NBSKE delegates Daniel Use to represent it at the NBSKE-BE, for which he will be responsible. Daniel Use undertakes to communicate all activities organised in pursuit of the association’s objectives. He also undertakes to use the trademark only for non-commercial purposes.
The NBSKE-BE office will be located at Daniel Use’s residence, Heirweg 190, 9270 Laarne – Belgium.
The NBSKE will take care of the administrative and economic management of all membership fees, share its events with all members and contribute to the communication of the Belgian Department’s activities through its social networks and its website, as will the Belgian Department, and will also manage local activities according to its own programmes (shared and approved in advance by the Board), with the aim of welcoming new members and spreading the NBSKE philosophy.
